This garden hoe, the Ivanhoe 18 is the first of the Ivanhoe product line. It has a little longer length than the Ivanhoe 14 that gives you a little better reach for those harder to reach weeds along the foundation, under the roses, or behind the air conditioner. This Ivanhoe is the one you want if you don’t want to bend quite as far or need it to reach those more remote areas. The trade off is that is has a little less leverage at the blade edge. If you have raised beds, this is a perfect fit. If you have weeds in hard soil or will be digging in clay or removing large clumps of grass, you might prefer the Ivanhoe 14. Both have the same razor sharp blade that can shave your weeds off in very little time with almost no effort.
Need to cultivate your soil around your plants? The Ivanhoe is a dream to use. The blade slips into the soil with ease, aerating it and softening it. Turn the blade on its corner, and you can make perfect furrows for planting, or you can get that tap root out super quick.
No matter which Ivanhoe you choose, your gardening experience is about to get much better. This tools truly is a pleasure to use in the garden, and it is beautiful too, so when you show your friends your new tool, they will know you are a serious gardener.
